Source Ledger
Current review date: 2026-10-01 (initial research: 2026-07-24)
Method: current official-page reads plus parallel-cli extract (600-second maximum cache age, no stale fallback), restricted to official guideline organizations, standards bodies, government sites, and original statement publications. No search-result artifacts are bundled. Re-check every source and the target journal immediately before submission because policies can change.
Source IDs in this ledger ground factual statements in the skill. They are not evidence IDs for a user's manuscript.

Verification boundaries for this refresh
The current official statements still identify CONSORT/SPIRIT 2025, PRISMA 2020, STROBE 2007, STARD 2015 v1.1, STARD-AI 2025, TRIPOD+AI 2024, TRIPOD-LLM 2025, CARE 2013, ARRIVE 2.0, SQUIRE 2.0, CHEERS 2022 and SRQR 2014. The bundled topics remain original routing prompts, not reproduced official checklists. Extensions are not exhaustive; use EQUATOR and the parent statement for the actual study.
NLM Bookshelf returned a browser challenge for Citing Medicine during this refresh; its continued role is corroborated by the current NLM sample-references page and ICMJE Recommendations. No claim is made to have inspected every book chapter. Journal policy examples were rechecked at their official pages; they do not establish compliance for any particular manuscript. No authenticated submissions were made. The bundled scripts have no external API endpoints, authentication, or pagination.
